These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stoodl mobile application ("App") operated by Stoodl ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Stoodl is an AI-powered application that generates illustrated story panels from text input. Users write or select stories, choose an art style, and the App produces six illustrated panels using artificial intelligence.

2. Account and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Stoodl offers free credits and optional paid subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
  • All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's terms and conditions apply to all purchases.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. Credits and Usage

  • Free users receive a limited number of generation credits.
  • Subscription plans include a set number of credits per billing period.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify credit allocations with reasonable notice.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the stories and text you input into the App.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your input content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Generated Content

  • Illustrations generated by the App are created using AI technology.
  • You may use generated illustrations for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • We do not guarantee the uniqueness of generated content. Similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users.
  • Generated content should not be used for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or explicit content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's functionality
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Share or distribute content generated to harm or harass others
  • Use automated tools to access or interact with the App

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Illustrations are generated by AI and may not always perfectly match your expectations.
  • We do not guarantee specific quality, accuracy, or style consistency of generated images.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or undesired results.
  • We continuously work to improve the quality of generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoodl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
